TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

 

I certify by entering the Galt Area Historical Society ("GAHS") Car Show on August 17, 2024, that I have paid for and maintain vehicle insurance on the vehicle entered in the Car Show and assume complete liability for the vehicle entered in the Car Show.  Furthermore, I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Galt Area Historical Society and County of Sacramento their respective officers, officials, employees, agents and volunteers from and against any liability and judgements whatsoever arising, directly or indirectly, or otherwise deemed in connection with, my participation in the Car Show.
