Schools Contact & Registration Form

Instructions for teachers:

 

  • All schools, school districts, chartered schools, and home schools welcome. Home schools are grouped together.

  • Complete and submit online form below.

  • Please use a separate registration for each class.

  • Identify a two preferred dates.  

  • Teachers will be contacted to confirm a specific date.  

  • Completed registration form should be submitted thirty (30) days prior to requested field trip. 

  • The Galt Joint Union Elementary School District assists in scheduling and training for Pioneer Day field trips.

  • Pioneer Day fee is $5.00 per student for day visit.

  • Pumpkin Patch (October only), fee is $3.00 per student. 

  • The Galt Area Historical Society will invoice via email.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:

 

Teachers are required to attend a training workshop. Parent volunteers are also encouraged to attend.
 
The applicant agrees to hold the Galt Area Historical Society, Inc., its officials, officers, employees and volunteers free and harmless from any loss, damage, liability, cost, or expenses that may arise during or in any way by such use or occupancy of the McFarland Living History Ranch. The applicant agrees to furnish such liability or other insurance for the protection of the public and the Society as may be required by the Galt Area Historical Society.
